Here is this year's holiday pinup! Once again Teneko is into the Christmas lights! (It was tinsel a few years ago!). I swear, every year it is a real job to keep my cats away from our tree. They think the ornaments are toys just for them :D

Returning to the Land of the Living

Yay, there is actually a new comic today! This one is pretty scary!

I am feeling much better right now. I amaze myself with how quickly I am bouncing back from surgery. Of course, I don't want to get too confident and then overdo it and wear myself out again, so I am still taking it easy, but I am feeling pretty good! I go see my doctor on Wednesday to get an official opinion on how my recovery is going. Fun stuff! Thank you to everyone who wished me well, it has really helped!

Okay... I made it through surgery on Monday okay and got home from the hospital last night. This was my first time for surgery, and hopefully my last time! I am feeling somewhat okay. What I find odd is that the area of my incisions feels fine, no pain killers needed or anything. But every other limb on my body feels like I spent waaaay too many hours at the gym yesterday. It's like, I can't lift my arms or legs very well. Everything is sore and stiff. When sitting in a chair I feel okay, but to get OUT Of the chair, I need people to help me get up. Then once I am up I am fine, but to sit down, I need a spotter or I will fall over ^_^;;

As for working on the comic again, I think I will be able to do that again next week, and do some sort of holiday pinup too. But right now I don't think I have the attention span or stamina to work so long on it. In fact, I really feel like taking a nap now @_@

Another Comic Hiatus~~~

This one comes as both a surprise to me and you! It looks like starting next Monday, the comic will have to be put on hold for a couple of weeks again. I know we just had a hiatus at the end of November, and I did not plan to go on another break again, but real life happens @_@ Next monday I will be in the hospital having surgery (don't worry, nothing serious). I have known about the surgery for a while, but I was expecting the surgery date to be set at the end of December, or maybe beginnng of January. Instead, I got a call just now from the OR Nurse saying that I have been scheduled for MONDAY. Woah. Much earlier than I was expecting! I am kind of freaking out right now because of the lack of advance notice. So I go into the hospital on Monday, I am expected to be there for 2 or 3 days. When I get home, I am not sure how good I will feel and if I will be up to doing the comic or not (I kind of doubt it). If anyone has any fan art (I give you a theme- holiday time!) maybe I can post that instead :D Anyway, I just found out about this, and I still have to go ask for the days off of work (yeesh) so I will post in the forum when get home from work if I find out anything else!

Stuck in Queue

The Keenspace (er, Comic Genesis) queue appears to be stuck, which is why there is no update yet today. There were over 9,000 comics sitting in the queue when I checked a few minutes ago, so it may be a while before today's comic appears. As for the gallery, I am working on it still, I am hoping to get it posted tonight, but it may take a little longer @_@

The Final Game~

Yay, the end of the Sports Arc is finally approaching, woo hoo! I am so excited :D

Well, I finally get a new comic posted today, but then I go and mangle the archives. There are a bunch of pages missing a comic, so I am poking around at it trying to fix it. @_@

I have also been working on moving the Gallery page to the new layout style. During this process, I have managed to recover many pieces of art that currently don't have working links in the gallery section. Between my moving hosts and various Keenspace disasters over the years, some images were lost, but I think I have most of them back now. The new improved gallery will probably go up this weekend.
